VIP Hospitality Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or attending EXCELR8 VIP Hospitality, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by EXCELR8 Motorsport Engineering Ltd.
2. What’s Included
VIP Hospitality packages may include catering, paddock access (where applicable), and other benefits as described at the time of booking. Specific inclusions may vary by event and will be clearly communicated in advance.
3. Event Changes
Motorsport events are subject to change due to factors outside of EXCELR8 Motorsport’s control, including weather, circuit decisions, or governing body regulations. Schedules, race formats, and access may be altered without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Health & Safety Compliance
All guests must comply with venue regulations, safety requirements, and instructions from EXCELR8 staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the hospitality area without refund.
5. Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. EXCELR8 Motorsport Engineering Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund. In such cases, EXCELR8 may also decline to accept or honour any future bookings from the individual.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, EXCELR8 Motorsport Engineering Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Accessibility & Requirements
Guests must notify EXCELR8 Motorsport Engineering Ltd of any dietary, accessibility, or special requirements at the time of booking or as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable from the point of purchase.
In exceptional circumstances, EXCELR8 Motorsport may, at its sole discretion, offer a booking transfer or account credit.
This policy reflects the time-sensitive nature of hospitality services and is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, under which event-related leisure services are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
2. Transfer of Bookings
Bookings may be transferred to another guest up to 7 days before the event, subject to approval by EXCELR8 Motorsport.
3. Event Cancellation by EXCELR8 Motorsport
If EXCELR8 Motorsport cancels a hospitality package, customers will be offered either:
– A full refund, or
– An alternative date or event (where available)
4. Force Majeure
EXCELR8 Motorsport shall not be liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue closures. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternatives or partial refunds where appropriate.
