GenCo Logistics signs up with EXCELR8 for 2020

The list of partners for EXCELR8 Motorsport’s British Touring Car Championship programme continues to grow ahead of a big push forward in 2020, with GenCo Logistics being the latest industry leading business to book its place as a Brand Partner.

Across the course of this year, EXCELR8 has laid the foundations for a bright future at the top tier of British motorsport, guiding its twin MG6 GTs into the championship points on multiple occasions with rookie BTCC drivers Rob Smith and Sam Osborne at the wheel.

With its roots well and truly laid down, the 2020 campaign will be all about performance, with the EXCELR8 Motorsport team targeting a big push up the grid with a year of learning now in the databanks. Such development and progress can only be made possible through key partnerships with a small group of leading businesses, of which GenCo Logistics has been a cornerstone.

Having been founded more than a decade ago, GenCo boasts a huge wealth of experience in the logistics industry, with its staff providing customers with over 200 years of collective experience with some of the biggest names in the sector.

GenCo – a privately owned company – offers a boutique approach to logistics, with its focus being on fast, efficient movement of customers’ products, supported by a highly motivated team. Its business is fully multimodal, meaning it can ship safely, securely and efficiently the world over via land, sea or air.

EXCELR8 Team Owner Justina Williams said: “We’re massively excited to have GenCo back onboard with us for 2020, supporting our next steps within the British Touring Car Championship. We’re targeting big things for next year, and our ambitious plans can only be made reality thanks to our loyal and hard-working Brand Partners. Our partnership with Genco has been hugely successful so far, with the arrangement benefiting both our team and drivers, while providing good value back to the company at the same time.

Colin Lythgoe and David Gartside of GenCo Logistics said: “Our partnership with EXCELR8 Motorsport has been a great success, with us being introduced to many new contacts and the GenCo name reaching a far larger audience.

The value for our business is both commercial and personal, we place a high value on personal service and customer relationships at GenCo so we recognise and appreciate the similar personal and professional approach that EXCELR8 apply to their business and racing ethics. We are proud to confirm our partnership for next season, and beyond!”
