Justina provides financial and strategic oversight for the business and relationships with drivers, sponsors and commercial partners. This allows the team to focus on their roles in order to maximise their presence in the paddock and performance on track.

    Team Principal

    Oliver has a wealth of experience from top flight motorsport, including stints as an engineer in Australia’s V8 Supercars and the Creventic 24 Hour Series. Oliver is responsible for all the day to day operations of the team as well as engineering oversight.

      In addition to racing with the team in the BTCC, Rob also works closely with Justina in order to develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial partners, delivering their marketing, client relationship and team development needs.

        Team Manager & Race Engineer

        Daniel’s skill as a race engineer was perfectly illustrated by his ability to run 8 JCW class cars to a race winning standard in 2015/16. This, combined with Daniel’s engineering and motorsport qualifications makes him the ideal engineer for any partner.

          Team Manager & Race Engineer

          David has worked his way up from mechanic to Team Manager, managing the Cooper team to a championship win before stepping up to run 4 JCWs. David has an eye for detail and huge engineering experience which he put to use when designing parts for the endurance MINI.

            Excelr8 is able to draw on further engineering and management skills via Team Managers Chris Smout, Andrew Menzies, Rikki Jones and Sam Weller, whilst our technicians ensure all cars are prepared to the best standard. The team also works with several colleges, providing experience for the next generation of talent.
